Desk1Nine was founded from more than 15 years of firsthand experience managing contracts across the energy, financial securities, and legal services industries.

Throughout her career, founder Anika Lee has worked across the full contract lifecycle from vendor onboarding and legal review to compliance, pricing coordination, deadline management, and process improvement.

That experience revealed a recurring challenge: contracts are often carefully negotiated and signed, only to become difficult to track, disconnected from daily operations, or revisited when a deadline or issue demands immediate attention.
